26mar10:0014:30Visit to Indigo Blue European classic car transportation & storage facility and the Chocolate FrogFor Sunday morning 26th March, we have a visit to another new venue, Indigo Blue European classic car transportation & storage facility, near Liss, GU33 6BP. We are invited to form a display of our vehicles on a large parking area outside of their modern, spacious storage buildings. There will be several of their cars outside on display (weather permitting) plus their transportation trucks. The storage buildings will be open for viewing / sheltering / mingling. There are toilets and our hosts are looking into having a coffee / tea van on site. Most of the vehicles will be uncovered but there is the chance of a few retaining their covers for us to guess what is underneath. Exact timings are to be confirmed but arrival is likely from between 1100 and 1130. There may also be a run up the A32 starting at 1030 from the Lysses car park. Afterwards we can travel a few miles towards Oakhanger and visit the Chocolate Frog Company for further refreshments, a late lunch and some browsing or shopping in their gift shops. There is plenty of parking and seating. If there are sufficient numbers, we may be able to book their function room at no cost. Their post code is: GU35 9JA.
